Teen Wrestlers in Gym
This program is intended for students with a desire to further their wrestling skills above the fundamentals and would like to practice with a more focused approach.  All ages are welcome and the primary focus is expanding on the basics that many kids have already learned, while having fun!

Notes:
  • No class 4/24/19
  • Coaches: Mark Hall, Jeff Michel, Oliver Newkirk, Colin Reich, Joseph Necci, and Nick Hess
  • Equipment needed: wrestling shoes, t-shirt, & gym shorts
